I got a dud and avid just blamed it on the bleed, so I had it bled and provided proof because it was still randomly failing and they just re-blamed it on the bleed. I then tried to reason with them and when I proved it was the brake being the problem they refused to help me, I don't think they deserve me as a customer anymore and with an attitude like they have how can I not hate them.

The brake works sometimes now, I have recently upgraded to a Goodridge cable and Swissstop pads too, just so when it is slightly working I get some power. Either way, I am never going to get another of their brakes again, it's Formula or Magura next.

The thing that confuses me is my Hayes 9 work's better than my Juicy 7.
